Today I’m sharing with you some of the best cottagecore designs. But first you might be wondering – what IS cottagecore? According to Architectural Digest, cottagecore is about being cozy at home. Think: prairie dresses, neutral and warm tone color palettes, dried flowers, houseplants, and even grandma-inspired crafts like knitting and embroidery. When we were all stuck at home in 2020 that began the rise of wanting a cozy home.
Now that we know what cottagecore is, let’s get into my personal favorite cottagecore designs.

Starting off strong with a cottagecore design set. These illustrations are so adorable and fit the aesthetic perfectly. I love the color palette chosen.

I feel like the style of watercolor in this collection fits the cottagecore aesthetic perfectly. It’s kind of dainty and just seems to really fit.

This delicate set of cottagecore patterns has floral motifs that are unique and versatile. The muted tones in this are perfect, but if you’re looking to change them up you can do so with just a few clicks in Illustrator.
I could see these patterns being used for wallpaper, stationery, packaging, apparel, and more.

The cottagecore creator kit is super unique! You can use the elements to create your own cottagecore scenes. There are some pre-made designs as well if you want to skip that part. With these designs being vector you can easily change the colors to fit your needs.
Prairie Garden Patterns
This prairie garden bundle is so adorable. I could see this being wallpaper, envelope liners, apparel, etc. How cute would a bookshelf be with these patterns lining the back wall? Or inside of kitchen cabinets/drawers?!
